It wasn’t too long ago when the kitchen was meant simply for cooking, rather than a common area in the home. People would use their kitchen to cook and then clean up. Many people say the reason for this was due to poor lighting options in the past. It wasn’t as relaxing and pleasant to eat in these conditions, but things have clearly changed!

I have to admit it, I love Mexican food. Yeah, that puts me in a unique category with about 100 million other people around here, but it’s just good. And while I have a couple of little hole in the wall type places around the southwest (more west) that I just have to eat in every time I pass through, Salsarita’s is my go-to choice in Knoxville. What you may not know is that they should also be your first choice among Knoxville catering companies.

‘Iron Chef’ is a crazy Japanese import cooking game show that features accomplished chefs from around the world going head to head in a competition format that’s part Julia Child, part pro wrestling. Even non-foodies are drawn to the show for its sheer entertainment value.
